i'm new to geeklog but not a novice in programing.
i search over 1 h and could not find an detalied answer to my problem, sorry if they are posted somewhere and i cannot find it.

1 - how can i give right to one one my geeklog user to make a new album in gallery ?
2 - how can i make a link to gallery into top menu ? - i know basically what to do... but i 'm loocking for an detalied documantation
