Hello. I changed servers. Moved everything to new server.(First time doing this).

Changed info on config and lib-

Check the are around line 275 in your config.php, it seems you have a problem there, e.g. messed-up line breaks or comments or something like that.

I may be getting closer. I have two questions:

1. If all of the old info on the other server was on the OLD database

and I select a NEW data base, how does the new database pick up the Old information?

2. If I use the OLD data base, how does the new config pick up the old info?

I used the OLD data base name..and this was the error I got..

old data base was "greenlandpines". The new server makes me use the name of the database such as "happy" so the db name is now
"happy_greenlandpines". I named it that in the config and got this error.. Please advise regarding this error...error selecting database.

I'm drawing straws now... I reconfigured the database and this is the error..
Really having trouble now.
Please advise if anyone understands problem here. Always.. thanks for your help.

Plain old permission problems - you forgot to set permissions for the log directory and the files in it correctly. Please read the installation instructions again ...
