Is there a way to hide, instead of remove the {story_date}. Or a method of doing such a thing. I am posting articles on upcoming events, with the date of such events in the stories. The {story_date} kinda throws people off or they think they missed the event at first glance.
Another concern I have is if I do have to remove the {story_date} altogether, will this be a problem (i.e. detrimental to the db).
Thanx for any help you can offer.
Life is like a box of chocolates... even if you ate them all and got a stomach ache, sooner or later you'd eat another box!

I removed the few lines of code in both the storytext and featuredstorytext and it looks they way I was talking about. I have not experienced an issue yet.
To further my question though... is it a possibility, to set a flag somewhere else other than in each themes templates?
