Change Author?

Is there a way for the Admin to change the Author of a story?

It seems as though once the author/owner is set there is no way to change it. Is this true?

The only way I've figured out how to do this is doing it on the backend through a tool like phpMyAdmin.

If you figure out a way to do this through the UI, let me know!

Nope, you'll have to go directly through the database on this one.

It's now been done a couple ways (by more clever folks than me) but I use one of these and it works like a champ.

howto set a different author?

Read the question and the three followups for my story...someone of course might add more...

BTW I've added this comment because "change author" seems like a better keyword search than my post titile.
