Can somebody help me out with some "newbie"questions...?

I'm logging for a longer period and I'm looking for a new blogging tool.

I discovered geeklog and it looks great! But... Isn't there an admin-user interface where you can change default template settings, like pivotlog (that's what i'm using right now.)

I tried to personalise geeklog using notepad but the php files are so messy that I can't figure out what I am doing exactly.

For example: A weblog is sorted newest date first: I can't find how to sort the articles or I can't find the default templates to personalise geeklog.

Maybe there are some Dutch people who would like to help me, my English is acceptable but I'm afraid that I can't get my problems in "clean" English...

Check out the SciTE editor at http://scintilla.org. I am just flat out amazed at how tiny and yet powerful and quick this app can prove to be.

It will definitely make your .php files look good instead of simply jumbling the text like notepad does. Check it out, it's free and I am certain it will most likely replace notepad in no time.
