Changing the STYLE of the top menu

how can I modify the style of the top menu entries (Download, Support, Contribute etc.) items?
But also the rest of the text appearing around?

Geeklog 1.3.9 introduces a {allowed_menu_elements} variable, if that's what you're looking for.
