I get this error when I try to submit a story even when logged in with full rights.

Can anyone help me please?

What do you mean by 'with full rights'? First I assume you are a root user, right? Also what permissions does the story in question have? Also on a whim, is this by any chance a custom theme you are using? If so try switching to one of the stock themes and see if it works.

The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.

the access rights is set to all users. The message that I don't have access to the story administrator page is still coming up but I double checked and the user I'm logged in as has all rights boxes checked including root.

Also, I've tried it with one of the standard themes as well as the theme I'm using at the moment
