I Get this error

And also

Warning: You have register_globals = Off in your php.ini. However, Geeklog requires register_globals to be on. Before you continue, please set it to on and restart your web server.

Early in install, I'm on lycos so i dunno if i have turned golbals on? is my problem due to this or... any help D: ?

The first problem is because you entered a URL to the config.php (in line 69 in lib-common.php), but it should be a path.

Geeklog currently requires register_globals to be "on", there's no way around that. If your hosting service won't turn it on for you, you could try this FAQ entry. Otherwise, you would have to find another hosting service.
