Everytime I submit a story while logged in as an Admin, it will show the story if you click on 'Stories' in the 'Admins Only' section, but it will not post to the front page. Then I come back later and the story is there, and on the front page where it should be. If I post a story as a regular user (but without being able to add images), it will appear immediately on the front page as well as the 'Stories' admin section. I have removed all caches, refreshed and restarted to no avail. All delay settings in config.php are where they should be. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

When you post a story as an admin, is the "time" field correct, or is it in the future?

Also, try uploading as an admin, and then, on a different computer, log in as a different user and see if the story is there.
