Geeklog Forums

I have just installed the Forum to Geeklog on my site. When I try to go to the Forum itself and error appears above the page, which doesn't load properly in width - it extends far to the right off the screen.

Here are the errors:

I've looked around in the forums here, and I have looked at the files mentioned above on my site, but I'm not savvy enough to figure out what the real problem is. Can someone help? Thanks.
