Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a hack or whatever that would help me rid of the intro text field, but replace what is submitted from the Body Text using the first, say, 25 words as the intro....
Anyone ever do this or can point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I guess I'd like to know why you want to do this? As you know the intro text is appended to the body text so what you seem to be asking for can be done by putting the first few words in the intro text instead of in the body. I know you probably have some specific reason for doing this, I'm just trying to understand.
The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.

Of course, the reason behind it is that I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for these writers. They aren't tech saavy and really, they don't have to be. But, I'd rather stick to one place where they can enter their blurb and make a rule that the first x words will be the preview.
