Hi all. When I try open in my site backend/geeklog.rdf that file cannot be opened (just downloaded). ... On second site working fine (second is not my site). Look HERE. What is wrong?

Exactly. Unless your webserver is running as user "druid", it obviously can't write to that file (and directory, for that matter).
I'd suggest you read that part of the installation instructions again ...
