Is there a GL plugin for posting a story that will allow a user to press a button (for BOLD, ITALICS, UNDERLINE, etc.) rather than having them insert the code themselves?

Do a search for htmlarea. Here is a story that covers it. There are quite a few topics in the forum that talk about it, too.
