Is there a really simple users manual that covers the basics of operation that I can give to my clients when I set up a site for them.

There is, unfortunately, no "end user" documentation for Geeklog. You can, however, find some bits and pieces in this thread.

Works for me ...

From the error message you're getting it sounds like the site is doing some browser sniffing (for whatever reasons). Try another browser. Or maybe you have a proxy that's spoofing your browser's name.

Perhaps your face is prettier than mine Big Grin - tried Mac and PC same error can only presume it my connection, I connect through my weserver server on a 1 Mb leased line. Don't use proxy ... will try later on a dialup.
