This is release candidate 1. I need some people to help test the install and make sure there aren't any hiddent errors. The download is available: mantis_0.18.0_1.3.8_RC1.tar.gz.
A limited demo is also available at: Test Site. The anonymous user has DEVLOPER permissions on the "test project" there.
Please post any bugs or problems with usage and installation.
Thanks,
Vinny

Just started playing with it. Install on a Slack 9.0 system went just fine.
Got a 404 for the manual link. Found the manual here.
If you're viewing as Anonymous, you can change Anonymous' preferences. I have not looked through the code to see if that's any problem.
Edit:Was just checking out mantis bugs and I "think" this might be the fix, which was in the latest release. (Just after you released of course. )
Looks good so far. Thanks Vinny.

Too many hands on my time.

OK, I've taken down the -rc1 version while I incorporation the newest version of Mantis (0.18.1) and fix the other bugs that rfot found (thanks go to him).
A new RC should be out sometime later today or tomorrow at the latest.
