Get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getnls() in /htdocs/bokserfilms/gallery/util.php on line 1826"

line 1826 $nls = getNLS();

but this error only occurs after I tried to integrate geeklog with gallery using this code
http://www.jomari.org/filemgmt/singlefile.php?lid=15

any help would be appreciated.

thanks

confused
yes, please. i'm also having trouble understanding how the integration works. do i need to have gallery 1.4.2 already installed and working and then there's a patch of some kind?

OR is there a full package with fixes already incorporated for GL? i'd like to have gallery able to work with both my GL and my PostNuke installs.

thanks much!

this is what i used
file - geeklog.1.3.8-gallery.1.4-pl1.zip
it was integrated with geeklog properly so it was very easy to install and had no problems...

i think i got it from here
http://www.pigstye.net/gplugs/index.php

hope this helps...

and if you already have an install of gallery what is the best way to go about finding/incorporating what the changes are for GL integration (i'm using so far gallery 1.4.2 and GL 1.3.9

sorry this I don't know...
in the instructions though I think there are answers on how to update gallery from a previous one...

and if you try it... just backup all your info...
and if you mess up you can restore it...

I personally just update gallery to 1.4.3 RC2 and it intergrates just fine.

i'm not sure what you mean...then you just use the random block for integration? i just look to 1.4.3 RC2 today. is the GL integration built in now?

I haven't tried the block yet, but with 1.4.3 RC2 you don't have to do anything special to intergrate the two together.

If you have Gallery 1.4.3 RC2 installed and correctly configured, then just go to http://www.yourgeeklogsite.com/gallery/ and you should see it intergrated.

No plugins on configuration is needed on the geeklog side.

GL is built into Gallery now, but for some reason it didn't work for me when I tried to install Gallery 1.4.3RC2 with GL 1.3.9. I get Gallery standing on its own still - even though it specifies "embed in Geeklog" in its config.php.

IDEAS, anyone?

THANKS. You were right. I added the "echo" bit into wrapper.header in the Gallery html_wrap folder and it worked. Geeklog 1.3.9 now nicely wraps around Gallery 1.4.2RC2.

Here is how the bottom of wrapper.header looks now:

case "GeekLog":
/* Display header and left blocks */
echo COM_siteHeader();
break;
}
?>
