Registered Users not reciving Pass...

lately i have made a website for online gaming team of mine and alot of people have been signing up...but they all say that they've waited days and haven't recieved their passwords. i have tried it and i recieved mine instantly...anyone know if this is a common problem?!

If you register and receive your e-mail to a remote address immediately, then it sounds as though it is working. Have them try again and make sure they enter their correct e-mail address.

Also note that some SPAM filters (aol has given people problems occasionaly) filter out registration emails. There is not much that can be done about that.

is there a way to disable to random password thing, and make it so users can make their own password and dont have to recieve a email?
