Hi!
I've chosen NOT to allow individual settings and true, that option has dissapeared from the users' block.

Unless the user is the admin (i.e. me). So I can't test anything global without changing my personal settings accordingly! I thought I told it not to allow personal options so why am I "special"? What gives?

Also, let's say I DO allow them. Then what if I change my mind about some defaults? Will it change them only for unregistered users? Can't I globally change them for anybody - including registered users?

When userprefs are disabled I should be using the default record but I don't have any logic to delete or over-write user preferences.

When userprefs is enabled, as soon as a user accesses the userblock->chatterblock setttings script, it there is no personal record then I will copy from the current defaults.
