I'd like geeklog to track internally, who has voted on a poll. Currently it looks like cookies are being used to track it and if someone clears their cookies they can re-vote.
Can this be done?

I realize it's not the best possible solution but you could do the following:
1. Voting only for members so if there are more votes then members, someone must have cleaned their cookies ;-)
2. You could install the Visitors Stats plugin where you could investigate who when what IP etc voted at your site.
Probably there are other solutions.
