line 513 error while installing

Could anyone tell me what ive done wrong?
it gives me this when i goto the install.php, ive cmodded everything right, and gave the right paths.

So did you check for the obvious things? That the paths are indeed correct (compare with the path in the "hint" at the bottom of install.php), that the files are in the places mentioned in the error messages and that they are readable?
