I've chosen for $_CONF['language'] (in config.php) whatever you can think of from the language folder (both unicode and not), including finnish, but my site is displayed in (ISO) english, no matter what I do!

$_CONF['language'] is the default language for new and anonymous users.

As a registered user, you should change the language in your preferences. And after you've done that once, it will take precedence over the default language, so changing $_CONF['language'] won't have any effect for you (Geeklog also sets a language cookie, so the site is displayed in your preferred language even if you're not logged in).

bye, Dirk

Well, if I knew that all along, that could have saved us all a lot of time...:-)

You should mention stuff like this in the documents (what is default and what is global, etc.).

But all in all, my blog is finally in unicode! I'm feeling so global...
