Topic problem

confused
When try add new topic, enter topicid (Topic ID: bla) and enter topic name (Topic Name: blabla) return this error messgage

Please fill in the Topic ID and Topic Name fields. Whats wrong!? using 1.3.9rc2.


2) I upgrade from rc1 (just update files), change mysql, but still in Test geeklog see 1.3.9rc1 How change that?
