Hi, help with this error message

Parse error: parse error in /home/OTROS/git/geeklog-1.3.8-1sr3/config.php on line 101
Template Error: set_root: install_templates is not a directory.

Line 101 is close to the site name / site slogan. Check that area of your config.php for a parse error (lack of semi-colon, mismatched quotes). Also make sure that all inner quotes have a backslash preceding them.
