I'm trying to change the header color of news and anouncement block in yahoo layout .I have change all hte other block header colors but i cant seem to change this header can anyone lend me a hand

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want that one block to look different than every other block? Is it the only unique block out of the bunch? It's fairly easy to change the look of the left_blocks from the look of the right_blocks. Changing the look of a single block isn't so easy.
