Ok, I tried to install an XP template on my site. I just ULed the file to my layout folder, went to my site and clicked preferences, then the XP layout, now I get this error:

Template Error: filename: file /home/kaxter/public_html/layout/XP/topicoption.thtml does not exist.
Halted.

Is there any way to get around this? I cant even go to my site at all now in IE, and in Opera I can see the main site but none of the links work.

I would ftp/copy topicoption.thtml from the xsliver layout to your XP layout folder. That should get you going.

Ok, I did that, then I got a similar error and installed the file it was asking for. I did that for 10 files and FINALLY i got it working, but then there was no preferences folder. I installed that and then it worked. Thanks a ton man, I appreciate it.

The XP theme is for GL 1.3.7. Some themes files are added in 1.3.8 and more in 1.3.9. You need to make it to the latest version by adding all the missing files.

Like Chalkhillian said, you can copy all the missing files from the latest XSliver theme.
