Enabling voting poll for annonymous user

Can geeklog allow annonymous user to use the polling block without longging in. If it can, is it possible to use the users ip as reference instead of using the user account.

Geeklog's polls are always anonymous, i.e. it doesn't track whether anonymous or registered users voted on a poll. It only stores the IP address and sets a cookie, both of which expire after some time.
