I went to your site to see if there was just an easy URL problum.
But I got.
An SQL error has occured. Please see error.log for details.

here's what the log says

As for the email problem, try switching to SMTP or sendmail. And please let me know which version of PHP you're running on and whether you've set $_CONF['have_pear'] to 'true' or 'false'.

The SQL error indicates that the static pages plugin isn't installed properly. It seems the plugin is activated, but the table holding the actual pages isn't there. Try deactivating the plugin manually, e.g. by using phpMyAdmin and setting the 'pi_enabled' field in the gl_plugins table to 0. That should at least get your site working again.
