Downlaods?

As a new geek user, please forgive what may be a stoopid question...

Is there a download section in the standard install of geeklog, or is there a plugin that needs to be installed? I didn't see either option when I got mine installed. I would like to offer files for d/l.

It is a plugin called Filemanagement. You can get it at Blaines site:
