How would I add my own banner 468x60 in the header so that I could have this banner at the TOP of each page?

I think you may want to go into the folder of the theme your using and look for a file named header.thtml or something along those lines. You can edit the top of your page there.

If your place your banner code near the bottom (last code) of header.thml this will place a banner in the top of the center section each page. I do this:

Sorry the code will not reproduce look for the line near the end of header.thml 'START of CONTENT AREA and plave directly above this.
