I keep getting this error for people who are not logged in or who try to make a new screen name

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: com_applyfilter() in /home/shadowru/public_html/geeklog/public_html/index.php on line 74

COM_applyFilter is a new function in Geeklog 1.3.9. Make sure you've updated your lib-common.php.
