Content Syndication link disappeared?

The link to the content syndication feature disappeared (or I can't remember where it was!) Should it be in the Admin block? (it's not). If not, where else should it be?

Yes, it's in the Admin block.

You have to be a member of the Root group (e.g. Admin) to see it and $_CONF['backend'] has to be 1.
