Is there a way to make the right blocks show up on all pages instead of having them disappear on some pages. (Usualy the pages other than home). This isnt a bug or anything, but I just want the left and right blocks to BOTH show up on every page.

If you really want them to show up on every page, the easiest thing to do would be to edit COM_siteFooter in your lib-common.php. Add



to the beginning of the function.

I'm not sure if you two are talking about the same thing.
As I understand the question I would say:

(Nearly) every block has an option on wich side (right or left) and on wich page or under wich Topic (all, Homepage only, long list of topics) it should appear. If you want a block to appear on all pages (where right blocks are) you need to set it to all.
