You can try from the SQL tab

SET GLOBAL max_user_connections = x; 0 = no limit Note: 0 did not work right on my local box
See MySQL Manual for more info.
If it isn't your server though, your host probably won't allow you to set mysqld variables.
EDIT: In other words, it's something your provider should fix.
