I get the following error when, as admin, I try to save a story that has been submitted by a user:

Specified upload directory,.../images/articles exists but is not writable
File Upload Errors:


I thought this indicated that I hadn't set up permissions correctly, but I went back and reset them and I get the same error.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Did you set it to 777?

Do you have a caching system with your internet access?

Just want to narrow down the possibility.

I actually set permissions to 775. I will try 777. I am not sure about the caching system.
