Changing block titles in phpblock code

Hi folks

Can someone perhaps tell me whether it is possible to change the title of a php block in the phpblock code? If so how?

I have written a plugin that consists of an admin section and two blocks. The first block serves as a main menu and the second block as a sub-menu. The items of the second block changes according to the main menu item selected. The plugin works beautifully, but I would like to change the title of the sub-menu block to reflect the selected item in the main menu block.

BTW, would anybody else be interested in this plugin.

Thanks for any help.
Regards
Jannetta

Not sure whether I understand your problem.
Usually the title of any block incl. php block is assigned by user and stored in DB. The code (function) is stored in either lib-custom.php or functions.inc of a particular plugin. For example there is a weather block installed along with the plugin but still the name is stored in DB, and managed via block menu in admin menu.
Maybe if you post the plugin we could see the requirement.
