Trouble in IIS6
Anonymous
Anonymous
I just set up an IIS6 server 2003 and I can not get a php page to show.
Anyone go through this?
My pages worked just fine on IIS5 Windows Server 2000.
What I have done.
A) Set up IIS
Set up php4, mySQL, Perl, etc...
C) Set web service extension to allow .php pl cgi etc
D) Set up page defaults etc..
It runs .htm just fine but gives a 404;3 error when trying exec .php it just means the service can not find the page...
Not sure what else to try.
Any help would be nice...thank you

If no one has a fix, Geeklog will not run on Server 2003.
I have spent the last 6 or so hours looking for a fix, and everything I have done to no avail.
It looks like I will be switching to DotNetNuke, it installed fine.
Thats too bad to I had 340 users, maybe I could find a script to take users from mySQL to MSSQL 2000???
Thanks

You need to right click on Web Servers in the Left hand side of the IIS MMC. Select Properties. Click Home directory, then Configuration Button.
Then click ADD. and add the path to CHPsapiphp4isapi.dll.
and add the .php extension to the next box.
Try the page again.
