I searched the forum, but I could not find a hack of the Journal plugin or an alternative plugin which would display several journal entries on the same page.

I am looking for something that looks like a typical blog with a page of the most recent entries and an archive. The way Journal works now, a visitor has to click each entry one by one.

I was thinking of making a static page whose body is just and using normal blogging software to spit out the 'blog.html' but that seems really unelegant.

take tips or points would be appreciated.
