I'd start with reading the install docs. They're not that big and these types of errors are covered quite well. So you desperately need to rtfm. Might sound a little harsh - but a little effort on your part will have lots of people jumping in to help. If you can't be bothered, then why should anyone else?

This error in particular is probably the most prevalent instalation error in all of geekdom.

Read the docs, come back and I will personally help you get over this problem, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

Looks like you need to read the docs about which files you need to CHMOD.

The docs are very specific about this, if you missed just one you will receive errors such as this.

Your first error is reporting that headers have already been sent. This is an indication that you have blank lines at the top of your config.php or at the end. The php tags should be the first and last lines.

Also, it could indicate that you left off a quote around the variable content for one of the changes you made. Look carefully at the syntax at how the variables are defined and what you need to change.

Thx blaine. I checked and all of my files had about 6 spaces under the ?> tag
(stupid cpanel)

Thanks from me as well! I just had the same problem and this thread helped me fix it fast - cPanel had added blank lines at the bottom of config. I removed them, re-saved, and no more errors!
