I will give access to my server if someone can do it for me real quickly. I've tried and tried but can't get it installed. I will pay if need be.

Unless it's your own server, installing ImageMagick may not even possible, as it prefers to be installed in certain system directories. Instead, you could try using NetPBM, which can simply be copied into a directory somewhere on your webspace.
