Does anyone know why after GeekLog upgrade we receive this message ??

ini_set, ini_alter, dl, popen, parse_ini_file, show_source() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/restricted/home/magicweb/public_html/lib-common.php on line 214

Why it happens and how can we disable it ?
