I installed Filemgmt and didn't do it correctly. I went by the instructions in the README_FIRST file instead of the install.doc file.

When I ran the install it said it installed fine. Then UPLOAD A FILE would not work, something wrong with the submit.php file so I CHMOD'd it to 777.

Then I tried to de-install the plugin by deleting all the files and folders which threw my website totally offline. Now I get this error message at the index.php file.

What does this mean and How can I correct it and deinstall the FILEMGMT and start over? I didn't make a geeklog archive before starting this.
