FILEMGMT PROBLEM 2- Website thrown offline

sad
I installed Filemgmt and didn't do it correctly. I went by the instructions in the README_FIRST file instead of the install.doc file.

When I ran the install it said it installed fine. Then UPLOAD A FILE would not work, something wrong with the submit.php file so I CHMOD'd it to 777.

Then I tried to de-install the plugin by deleting all the files and folders which threw my website totally offline. Now I get this error message at the index.php file.

Warning: main(../lib-common.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/indieme/public_html/index.php on line 31

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../lib-common.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/indieme/public_html/index.php on line 31

What does this mean and How can I correct it and deinstall the FILEMGMT and start over? I didn't make a geeklog archive before starting this. Confused

BTW, I deleted a line in lib_common.php on line 5188 relating to filemgmt.

I have since uploaded all the previous files I deleted relating to filemgmt.....
