He is just using one of Victors wonderful themes, is all.

The theme !WhitePointer was made by the same fellow who maintains Aeonserv, the best darned windows hosting setup going.

Screw IIS use Aeonserv and get it up in no time.

Does not mean it is hosted on an Aeonserv machine. Just that he is using an Aeonserv theme.

Btw...where can I find aeonserve themes? On the Aeonserve website it seems to be only one there...

I think you may have to ask Victor. I think some are only for members of his site. He makes some great themes for GL.
