I get this message when I try to change my password.

Warning: fopen(/hsphere/local/home/siulun/dreamies.net/geeklog-1.3.9/logs/error.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/hsphere/local/home/siulun/dreamies.net/lib-common.php on line 1520

I was using 775 on the logs, backend, images/articles and images/userphotos and it's files.

Next I changed the permissions to 777 and received a blank page.

With the permissions at 777, the admin/install/check.php was successful for all 4 files.

What else could be wrong here?

Another problem.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: isvalidinetaddress() in /home/hsphere/local/home/siulun/dreamies.net/lib-common.php on line 3161

This happened just after I clicked on save button when creating a new user.

Managed to solve the changing of password problem.
Still can't create a new user yet.
