download problems 1.3.9

I am trying to download 1.3.9 and keep coming up with a "Page cannot be displayed" error in internet explorer. IE is trying to go to:

http://www.geeklog.net/filemgmt/upload_dir/geeklog-1.3.9.tar.gz

Is something wrong with the site???

I am getting the same problems downloading files from www.squatty.com.

What's going on here?

I am using Win XP, IE 6.0 xpsp2

Any ideas and suggestions welcomed.
