Static Pages Question

I want a full page centerblock static page at the front of all my topics for an informational type page.
However I still want my visitors to have access to the articles, which they can't with a full page center block static page (at least I can't figure out how because if they click on the Topics block on the left they still get the static page).
I realize I can position it elsewhere on the page but full page would be best if it can be done.
Any workarounds I'm missing?
Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is any easy way to do that. I would create your own Sections block with HTML (like the Resources block here). That block would link to the Staticpage intro pages. Each intro page could then have a link to the section itself.
That would probably be the easiest way to do what you want to do.
