I am a little confused with what to do with part 13 b.

b) Change the location of lib-common.php to your location and then run gluser_migrate.php from the web

Could someone explaine to me in abit more detail what i need to do i am confused at the moment (need sleep)

You need to point 4images to your lib-common.php file, then run the suggested file this will migrate all your geeklog registered users into 4images!
