Hi, I know with the power of css you can change the font of a form button i.e. submit, but is it possible to completley replace the light grey box for a pre-difined image? The grey button is not merging in well with my geeklog site.

IMHO you'd need to modify the templates under layout dir.

Check out this tutorial. You can also use the background-image attribute, but that doesn't usually look too hot.
