Forum 2.3 Problem after upgrade

I installed new geeklog 1.3.9 and installed forum 2.3
When I filled the forum tables in database with data that came from my previous installation, the smileys do not show any more.
Why not?
Html is enabled, smileys are enabled.
When I create a NEW post, smileys work, but the old ones do not.
Strange
please help...
