Removing Topic Created In Error

I recently created a Topic as admin on my geeklog, in Topic ID dialog box keyed in: "Apples&Pears". The topic is displayed in the topic admin page and the site itself but I am unable to administer it anymore, ie cannot edit/delete it. How do I go about deleting this annoying topic now?

You can go directly into the database using phpMyAdmin to delete it.
