Mail problem

I saw a post that had nearly the same error, but this one's a bit different. This occurred when I tried to sign up for a user account:

Warning: com_isemail(Mail/RFC822.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in d:websitesblah3.comwwwlib-common.php on line 3157

Fatal error: com_isemail(): Failed opening required 'Mail/RFC822.php' (include_path='.;c:php4pear') in d:websitesblah3.comwwwlib-common.php on line 3157

Where do I adjust the path to 'Mail/RFC822.php' ? Is the include_path editable, because it sure doesn't look right to me.

Or does it have to do with the fact that the 'Admin' login won't work, and I can't set an email address for the account form to send to?

I already had my host fix his php.ini and I'm killing cookies at an extremely high rate.

Where am I going wrong? TIA.

The paths aren't really smashed up like they're displayed above - looks like the backslashes were stripped out when I posted.
